Why this name?
It is the nicer nick name I was given Through-out school, and its stuck.
Do you play live?
I have mixed at a few house parties, and some small night clubs, Mostly all put down to experience.
I do have one which will stay in my mind though. When a friend and I wen to play in a club , which was the basement of a chip shop. We got paid £15 each for playing for 3 and a half hours!

Only problem was the club was empty, at least the bar staff had a good night.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I think that it hypes up the industry in certain ways. People are telling there friends about an amazing tune they found online, and more and more people listen to. In a way promoting the artist. How ever it dose have its draw backs, e.g. when its file sharing, you as the artist don't get some money for all the heard work you've put in.

But that is just the way of things, you have to work with it and make the best of the situation!
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Probably not, because most major record labels at the moment seem to be just after money, Im not here to get rich. Im here for the music, and uneducable urge to share it with others.

A little money wouldn't go a miss though. :)
Band History:
History......
Well i started getting into production when I was in early high school, i started with e-jay 'dance 2'. I moved on to 'Hip Hop 5' and 'Extreme' after that.
In my later days at high school I splashed out and baught reason 3, things just got beter and beter.
When In my first year of college I was training to use logic 7, so i saved up and broke the bank with that and a Mac.

Now a year later Im working on logic 8, still using reason occasionally, and still mixing with records, learning something new every day.
Your influences?
Well as I mentioned before Drum and Bass has a big place in my heart, there's something about it that just gets me going. Grate party music, with so much diversity, and I grew up with it.

So; Shy FX, Benny Page, Allied Force, Hospital records, Calibre, Electro soul system, London electricity, Spoor, break, Dj Marky, Pendulum, High Contrast are just some of the people who influence me in D&B.

But i also like to vary, dub step is creeping its way in now too, and has a very original sound, but i also like to chill to some jazzy stuff like;

Mr.Scruff, Ninja Tune, Amon Tobin, Big Bud, Dirty Diggers, Alice Russell, Tru Thoughts, Etch, Me & You. Quantic, Spengler, TM Juke, Belleruche, Gorillaz, Sasha, the list could go on!
Favorite spot?
Well, I like London, but where I am now isn't too bad!
