Inspiration for this song came by hearing how Geese react to one another. It may sound funny, but it's true. My wife and I were with our church camping for a weekend. On Saturday morning the men had a time of prayer and Bible study. It was during this meeting that one of our leaders told us how Geese respond to the needs of the one. He said, that when Geese are migrating, and one in the flock becomes tired or injured,one or more of the flock will go with the weaker one, usually landing in a waterway or field and will remain until all are ready to go on.
I found this to be amazing! that Birds,or Fowls, Geese, what ever we want to call them, have such compassion for each other, and this compassion is given to them of our Lord who created all things.(Colossians 1:As I thought about this, one over-powering revelation came thru
GOD IS LOVE ( I John 4:16 )
which means = wherever God is, Love is.
which means = whenever God works, Love works
which means = anything that is not of Love, will not be or cannot be or live, wherever God is.
Heaven is where God is, Love is what heaven is made of, Heaven is where we will be for eternity. I think it might be a good idea to practice Love down here first, so when we get to heaven we'll feel right at home.
