My (our) 'Thing' is primarily 'improv-experimental, knob twisting, feed-backing, tremolo dive-bombing, delay laden, screaming jazz-funk-hop - the insanity of my mind in an audible form...'
My name is Devon and noise is my life.. I've been playing guitar since the beginning of freshman year and writing pretty much just as long (I'm finally free from the claws of faulty education systems in June 08!!!).
My 'noise thing' started with the piano around 5, and the only song I could play was "heart and soul". Other than that I just improv'd. I did that for 8 years, until I learned to explore instruments without the notion of "sounds good" and "sounds bad". I say this to a lot of people, but not many agree that 'There is NO such thing as a wrong note'. That's the IT that runs through my head while I'm playing. If any fellow noisy people in the Boulder or immediate surrounding areas care to have some fun: 720 238 3938.

I love to play music for people! I seize every single opportunity... Special moments? Every 'Moment' is unique and mind melting!
Your influences?
I have so many musical influences, none of which I try to incorporate into my sound. If some David Gilmour or some random Jerry licks come out every once in a while, it's just my hands moving the way they want to!
Favorite spot?
Uhh... I haven't been to enough places in the world to say, but at the moment - this cold, snowy, Colorado winter moment - I'd have to say Kra-bi in Thailand...
