Why this name?
My nickname has been Hamade for a long time and ever since I started DJing in September 2007 I used DJ Hamade.
Do you play live?
I have stepped away of live performances for a while.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I think that it is going to be a lot easier for samples to be used and for DJ's and producers to get easier attention to abtain a contract with a record label.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
I would not because I dont like time restrictions. I want to be able to manage my time myself.
Your influences?
Well I got into the Hadcore genre about 3 years ago. It was mainly Straight Upfront Hardcore and it slowly changed over time. My favorite genres now are all Electronic. If it is Dance, Trance, Club, Hardcore, Hardstyle, Jumpstyle or whatever it's my genre.
Favorite spot?
Arnhem ofcourse :P.
Equipment used:
I currently use a BCD3000 with Traktor 3 LE with a DEMO copy of Audacity. Works fine for now ;). Soon to be upgraded though (once I get a job :S)
