Live from the Twin Burrough is O.S.P! a.k.a FidelHasFlow. He is the one of the most invigorating and intriguing personalities in the Hip-Hop and spoken word scene. With 2 new albums scheduled to drop mid 2008, progress is being made and the excitement is building. The anticipation for Minnesota's prodigal son to finally drop what's been long overdue, and frankly the most anticipated since Jesus, is now about to be realized and appreciated. Stay tuned for more information to come in the future.
Why this name?
Fidel and I have likeness in our features and leadership styles.
Do you play live?
Yes. I've opened up for Common (twice), Dead Prez, & the Lost Boyz at 1rst Ave.
I've opened for Ja Rule at the then named The Quest, Redman & Methodman at the Northrup Auditorium. I love to perform in front of the people because thta is where you can separate yourself from the rest of the artist in your genre. There have been too many special moments to speak of.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It has changed it more than we can estimate, for it is forever changing. We no longer have to adhere to the big labels, we can set our own rules. We can find a niche in the game and post up. We can create our own fan base and survive from there. The music world has been changed forever. Whether it is the best for the culture of Hip-Hop is to be seen and judged by the people at a later time.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yes, but only if the numbers are speaking the right language.
Your influences?
There are many influences, of which I will state later.
Favorite spot?
Philly all day and day.
Equipment used:
Me, Myself, and my Microphone.
Anything else...?
You'll get more from me later.
