Yes, but only with an iron clad contract in place an it being reviewed in and out by an entertainment lawyer.

Born Robert Clay III in Chicago, Rob started using his vocal abilty in church at the early age of 5. Since then, he has developed his God given talents to do a lot more than just sing. Rob is also a songwriter, producer and brass instrumentalist. He sings and writes in the genres of urban soul, jazz, traditional and contemporary gospel.
Rob's large and powerful 6 foot 10 inch frame has earned him the privilege to play semi-pro and arena football. As well as, had the opportunity to travel the country extensively as personal security for many artist. On the other hand, his large and powerful voice has earned him the privilege to open for stars such as Keith Washigton, Kelly Price and has sang with Jazz legends such as Ronnie Laws, Jean Carne, Tom Brown and Wayman Tisdale.
These appearances have allowed him the chance to be recognized by secular record labels offering him contracts to record R&B music. Rob turned down all secular offers and began work on his 1st Gospel album, "Heaven in my View", back in 2002. This album transcends all generations and cultures with everything from the traditional gospel of the "ole time way", to the urban, hip-hop blend that feeds the appetite of today's youth, with a positive message on the salvation of Jesus Christ.
Known to many as RC or Big Teddy, Rob has had the opportunity to travel the U.S. and open for some of gospel's greats. John P. Kee, Donnie McClurkin, Shirley Murdock, Smokie Norful, Vickie Winans and Charles Martin are just a few to mention. Rob has been compared vocally in the likeness of powerhouse vocalist such as Fred Hammond, Marvin Winans and Donnie McClurkin. Rob has also toured with gospel productions exercising his acting and singing ability across the United States.
The heart-felt messages behind Rob Clay's music has brought forth many testimonies of deliverance and healing from thousands across the U.S.. Rob has a growing passion for Worship and once you experience his ministry, your life will never be the same.
