Just a shorten of my real name.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It helps people find a better way to put out their music, but to the established artists, they can't drop gahbage albums now, so they working to better their sh*** too.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
As long as I can my own direction of how i want my music to be. As long as they don't try to make me into something, then i would not have a problem with signing with a major. (Bring BNE thru that door w/ me)
Your influences?
Most of my musical influences are reggae artists. Growing up in a Jamaican family put me onto Garnett Silk to Sanchez to Beenie Man to Sean Paul now. But other ones are Slick Rick(mr. storytelling), Biggie(flow was remarkable), Pac(rhyme style was sick), Jay Z(Confidence incarnate) and Nas(Nasty with the words).
Favorite spot?
Behind the mic, I control everything in the booth.
