Gravia is a hard-rocking group of Music Majors at SUNY Oneonta. The 3 founding members, Dan, Erik, and Nick, met early in the fall of 2007 and began searching for a suitable drummer. Ryan entered the band in mid-October, making the group complete.



With its line-up solidified, Gravia began writing and recording songs in Erik's home studio in late October. Dan's soaring vocals and Erik's hard, yet melodic guitar riffs mesh perfectly with Nick's groovy bass lines and Ryan's explosive drumming to create a musical experience that is as unique as it is powerful. Each member's ability to work off of one another has given shape to many original songs, with more being created every day.



At the moment, the recording and writing is progressing excellently, and talks of Gravia getting its feet wet gigging are in the works. Be sure to check back often for updates.
