This band has been on hiatus for some time. We never did finish recording enough songs for an album and were looking for the right sound before we gave up.
Why this name?
I chose Prime Rib because I have never met anyone that did not enjoy Prime Rib. And we are enjoyable.
Do you play live?
I do. I think most people call it Karaoke....
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It changes everything! Mostly marketing. It allows anyone to record and pimp their wares with little to no money. Also, it promotes piracy making the marketing guys have to be creative and savvy.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yes. At the outset of a bands life. I think going with smaller labels would be enticing once a band grows in popularity.
