Why this name?
ahh the name question!! Well it's simple, we heard it in one of Jimi's songs and we had a gig the next week so we went with it.
Do you play live?
Yes we play live in Central Georgia for now. Macon has a decent music scene, but it could be a whole lot better.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It opens doors for indie bands like us to get our music heard by people all over the world. We love it.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yes if the deal is good enough.
Band History:
40 Daze originates out of Macon,GA. and only six months from jumping on the Macon music scene in late 1999, 40 Daze was playing the biggest shows the area had to offer. 40 Daze has opened for Drivin N Cryin, Jackyl, and Brand New Immortals just to name a few. 40 Daze is in the process of writing and recording their first full length CD and touring around Georgia.
