The Built on bad habits rap group Has for members,Killa M.Y, Kaco biggz, Analist and Apostle. we make Rap, HipHop and sometimes RnB. We are from Hartford, CT. we have been a group for 10years.
Why this name?
We came up with the name because a lot of bad habits influienced what type of music we do. And the world is built on bad habits.
Do you play live?
We do a lot of local shows, mostly CT and Mass.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The computer age change the music world. You dont have to have a major deal to gain fans or to make an album. Now you can make money off ring tones, Mp3 down loads or people can down load the whole album.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yes, We would still sign a major deal. A major deal would expand your fan base and more money would be put into your project. you make more connections with the bussiness part of the music world.
Your influences?
We like all music. If it inspire us we like it.
Favorite spot?
We did a show in florida in a local with about 1500 people, the love they showed was amazine. We would like to go back.
Equipment used:
We reccord on protools, but we make beats using the Mpc and 2 key boards, the phantom and the triton.
