I've been shadow six for going on six
years now. Before shadow six came along I was known as sykotik. I'm sure by the time you get this far in reading this, you're already listening to one of my songs. More than likely wondering what to make of it. My music ranges from hip hop to trance to rock rap to drum and bass to almost classical piano. It's almost impossible for me to put what I call "music" into a single genre. I have way too many influences for that. I was born and raised in Baltimore, Md until my early teenage years, when I moved to Virginia, where I reside currently. Everything I make is digital. If you need to know anything beyond that, PLEASE feel free to email me @ djshadowsix@msn.com
Thanks

Why this name?
It's really a dumb story. When I was younger I played alot of Dynasty Warriors. In the newer games, you can create your own group of bodyguards. I created the elite 'shadow six'.
Do you play live?
I can't say I really 'play' live. Everything I make is digital. If you want an emcee, I'd be happy to do it. Put me in front of a mixer, I'd be happy to mix.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It's a double-sided blade. While the internet absolutely KILLS record sales via downloading / pirating, it also boosts popularity TREMENDOUSLY. There's a black and a white to everything.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Absolutely not. Major labels are snaky, shifty companies who only see you as a number. A statistic.
