Holy Smoke, as featured here existed, in 1975-1976 in Riverside California. They played six times (3 with the lineup featured in the recordings). The Bicentenial performance was their second to last. Most of the members got married, divorced or married and divorced shortly thereafter.
These two pictures and three songs (recorded from the board at Fairmont Park July 4 1976) are all that exists of Holy Smoke today.

Do you play live?
The recordings are from the July 4th event put on by the City of Riverside CA in Fairmont park. Holy Smoke also played at Riverside Race Track, Rubidoux HS, Cajon HS, Riverside City College, and Sunnymead Park .
Band History:
The two singing guitar slingers, Jim Vieria and Mike Aiken, wrote the songs as far as I can remember. Dave Council on drums, Daryl Ballou on keys and Phil Abbate on bass.
