Hello Everyone. I do not have a band at this time but the recordings are done by me, my guitar workstation and some love.

Why this name?

When I was learning to fly, on the rainy days, my flight instructor and I would play blues in the airport until the rain cleared and .. the lady who ran the FBO, Ursula, drew my picture, playing my guitar and the captions said, "DewyBlues plays at parties with a ripped shirt.".. and that is how it began.

Do you play live?

I haven't played out since October of last year... a party. I do love to play out and am looking to get together with a friend of mine to start another one soon. As far as "Special Moments".. They is nothing like hitting the groove and riding that musical wave out beyond where no one goes!

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?

The internet is freedom to play for everyone.

Would you sign a record contract with a major label?

Not sure. I havent thought much about it.

Band History:

Been playing since I was 12 and got in my first band at 13... it's all history from there.

Your influences?

The old bluesman who used to walk up and down Gallia Street, down in Portsmouoth Ohio, who would play and sing any song you wanted for a nickle... My parents, uncle Chris, Uncle Louie, friends and neighbors who would come over on those Friday and Saturday nights to play and sing. Listening to live broadcasts from the local radio stations when they had local bands playing. Listening to the blues stations in Tennessee late at night. Robert Johnson, Jimi Hendrix, Muddy Waters, Buddy Guy, BB King, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Jimmey Vaughn and the fabulous Thunderbirds, Johnny Winter, too many to list....

Favorite spot?

Anywhere where there is music goin on....

Equipment used:

Gibson SG and ES 333, Fender HotHod DeVille with a 15" bottom, Chouors, Crybaby, Danelectro echo/reverb, Beheringer compressor and blues distirtion box, along with the Digitech GNX4 for recording and effects.
