I specialize in providing instrumental piano music for wedding ceremonies, receptions, private parties, and cocktail hours.

I play a lot of standards from the "Great American Songbook," along with some newer pop, r&b, and country nuggets, musical theatre songs, and a few classical selections.

If needed, I'll supply a state-of-the-art digital piano with room-appropriate amplification, if no piano is available on site.

For your wedding ceremony, you may have total input as far as the music selection. I play roughly 35 ceremonies a year and have never refused a request.

Whatever the type of music, you will hear it performed as soulfully as possible!!

If you like the sound and feel (without the vocals, but with plenty of melody) of current performers like Norah Jones, Michael Buble or Diana Krall - or older ones like Frank Sinatra and Nat King Cole - you'll enjoy what I have to offer for parties and receptions.

This is music that has a bit of energy without being overly intrusive.

A brief history:

For most of my life, I lived, performed, and taught piano in upstate New York. Then, in 1999, I moved down to New York City after finding myself in demand on the wedding and event circuit there.

I've played everywhere from living room parties and backyard cookouts at private residences, to wedding ceremonies, receptions and corporate gatherings - at places such as Le Cirque and the Waldorf-Astoria.

I'm classically trained, having studied with instructors from The Julliard School. I've worked as an accompanist to many Broadway stage performers and a wide range of artists - from SNL's Joe Piscopo to old-time country legend Hank Thompson.

I'm glad to say that I've just re-located to the CSRA!!
