Muzik Child is a MC/Hip Hop producer livin in Gloucester UK and he has been doing it for 3-4 years now. Started as a bordom thing stuck in his room listening to rap music an thought of writing lyrics and just accelerated from there. He then attended a music tech course at college feeding his hunger of producing, and also getting knowledge of studio equipment and the whole aspect of the music industry. Highly influenced by people such as eminem, kanye west and lupe fiasco and many more. He wants to take this game to the next and biggest level a recording contract.
Why this name?
I am an MC and i thought what two words resemble MC. Music-Child simple as that then changed a few letters to make it slightly mmore tasteful.
Do you play live?
On occaision but where i live there is hardly anywhere to perform live but i love it whenever i get the chance, its the feeling of everyone applauding at your material that really gets me going. But i have turned more to producing at the moment but getting back into performing very soon.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The internet affects the indutry on a huge level. There are more people online than ever which is good for speading the music quicker and easier, but theres the fact of losing money due to the large pirate programs and copying.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Without a doubt its my life long dream to becoming a signed artist
Your influences?
Im massivly influenced on the lyrical aspect of hip hop by Eminem, simply for the fact he is 100% straight up real. He dont brag and rap bout guns gang life and large cribs, he spits the truth also influenced by lup'e fiasco due to his styles and genious lyrics. Production wise Timbaland and Scott Storch.
Favorite spot?
The booth.

Makie mixer, SM58 microphone, Logic Pro 7 (getting 8 soon.) CAD condenser mic and a KORG X50 synth.
