This is Dummkopf, the querky solo dance project of Robert 'Dummkopf' Anderson, since 2005 Dummkopf has been on his computer thinking up of quirky and innovative new ways of making dance music, not really a fan of the dance music in rotation these days, Robert sees that as an advantage as it allows him to create whatever first comes to his mind.
Why this name?
I chose it because it means 'idiot head' in german, which would be the equivalent of dickhead here, which is what I am, savvy?
Do you play live?
No, Im planning on doing so one day but not for the time being.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It has done some amazing things.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yeah I would, although out of all the music I do I doubt this would be the one to get signed

Your influences?
Music in general is a great influence, the fact that you can make something with your mouth that sounds cool to you then go onto a computer or musical instrument and then create that into your own masterpiece is truly amazing.
