Changing the emotions and outlook of the generations of our yesteryears. I am only who I can be, who I was made to be, daily perfecting what has been placed within me.
Sharing with you what was given to me.
Allowing the Holy Spirit to lead and guide because you can never hide.

Band History:

Maritta made her first maxi-single debut in 2002.She began singing at the age of 5 in local choirs, school choirs, and plays. Which led her to performing in local community events and weddings in Colorado and Nebraska. Before that in 1999 she assisted local artist with background vocals and performances in Iowa and Nebraska.
She has performed with International guitarist George Walker.
In 2000-2004 Maritta was the Praise and Worship Leader for Illuminated Words of Life Ministries. Thereafter, she became the Praise and Worship Leader of Love Deliverance from 2005-2006.
Maritta and her husband are the owners of the record label Kingdom Touch Productions which desires to be a platform for those who want to use their gifts to spread the Gospel, through acting, singing, dancing, spoken word, etc;

Your influences?

I try not to be influenced by people but to be led by the Holy Spirit, so therefore my flow varies but it is usually a relaxing, laid back, smooth vibe or ballad that is thought provoking/spoken word. I do have some fast praise songs also that I have written. However, I am just getting started again after all these years and I am so glad to be back doing part of what I was made to do.

Favorite spot?

Jamaica. I am a little biased being that I am Half Jamaican but the country speaks for itself!

Equipment used:

I like to rehearse in my basement studio. Currently, I am using a Tascam interface, Magix/Samplitude recording software and my mics are MXL condenser mics but I record at Rainbow Recording Studios in Omaha, Nebraska.
