Why this name?
LD 120 is a play on the LD50 drug toxicity levels. LD50 is a dose that will kill 50% of a population. LD 120 represents a lethal contagion.
Do you play live?
LD 120 plays live on occasion, but it's getting harder and harder to move the studio for live gigs. LD 120 are currently getting ready for a new season of Live gigs in Perth, Western Australia.

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The internet is a double edged sword for musicians trying to make a living from their music. It's easier than ever to get music out, but it's harder than ever to get paid for your art.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
It would depend on the contract. If the terms suited us, then yes. We are happy to see Major Labels make profits as long as we get to share in it.
Your influences?
Too many to mention. Front 242, LeƦther Strip, Delerium, Depeche Mode, Fluke, Skinny Puppy, The Cure to name a few. Perth Bands including Sensory Overload, Jase from Outta Space, CSU, Andy Simper...
Favorite spot?
We've travelled lots, and apart from Perth, Izmir in Turkey is a great spot.
