SOS (Sittin on Stacks) biography s.o.s. (sittin on stacks) formely known as G.M.C. is a talented rap group who as a group has built a solid fan base. Fans love s.os. For their catchy songs, elaborate word play and their representation of the streets, hip hop, and people who love hip hop. The group s.o.s. did not start out as a group, but was rather made into a group when three of the most respected artists in Muncie decided to join forces and form a solid knit family under the representation of strictly grinding records. The group consists of shugg, grizz ,cstan and dw. Shugg and Grizz have been rapping together since they were nine and ten years old respectively, and together they form a group known as c4. Together as a group c4 has worked with many artists, and helped to create many local hits such as crank it up, Indiana dyme along with many others. Cstan was a solo artist in his own right before teaming up to form s.o.s., cstan is well respected in the underground scene as being a lyricist and rapper who stays true to himself. He is the founder of strictly grinding records and indeed has the eye for talent, and tenacity that one has to have to make it in the music industry. Cstan is married and has a kid on the way and at this point in his career he is definitely hungrier then ever. The fourth member of sos is dw, he is an international man hailing from the provenience of Ontario Canada. Dw is not only a rapping member of the group, he also wears the hat of the groups producer. dw is a musical genius, he mixes all of the groups songs and is the reason they lcome out sounding crisp, clear, and professional. S.o.s. is no doubt a force to be reckoned with, not only in the Midwest scene but on a national scene. They have the talent, the foresight, and the hunger to make it in the music industry, and it is only a matter of time before the whole world realizes what they already realize; this is their destiny and no one can stop them from achieving their dream.
