Desert Dreams
Somewhere between Sheryl Crow and Sarah MacLaughlin you will find the unique melodic pop/rock of Ariana Daner. Ariana's eagerly anticipated debut CD "Second Guess" is scheduled for release in the Winter of 2000.
Why this name?
'Cause thats the one my parents gave me! Ariana is the ancient name of Afghanistan where I was conceived.
Do you play live?
I play mostly in NYC's East Village. Places like the Living Room, the Sidewalk Cafe, CB's gallery etc.
If you make it big..?
I would pay off my credit cards and buy a new car!
Band History:
Ariana began her musical career as a student of opera. A few weeks after taking her first guitar lesson, she wrote her first song. Six months later she had her first gig in a cafe near her home town. A month after that she made her NYC debut at the sidewalk cafe and the rest is history.
