Raviraj, is a band of music geeks, mainly inspired by Ilayaraja (the badshah of South indian music). Most part of our band is a floating set of talented musicians, trained in both forms of Classical indian music. We experiment with other forms of music too, at best trying to do justice to all genre's. Two main artists are a part of this band, Raju - Flautist ( 5 yrs trained indian carnatic classical), also plays little keyboard and hands all over recording logistics too. Ravi, awesomely complementing the talent with his inescapabale depth of the voice. Ravi is clasically trained in Carnatic music for 10 yrs, has had the blessing of singing before the lord Sai.
