Why this name?
My name, came from my real name, Cornelius Powell, which became too long to say, so people started calling me by my initals. Smoke-Out P, (My other name of several) came from my reputation around my hood
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
I might, but til then, independent/underground rap all the way
Band History:
I was born in Columbus, GA, grew up in the Soutside part of town, listining to old-school southern music like 8ball & MJG, etc. and I wanted to become a rapper since. My latest mixtape album, The Relapse which was released 2007 is on this site so check out my music.

UGK, 8ball & MJG, Three 6 Mafia, Scarface, OutKast, The Geto Boys, 2 Live Crew, 2pac, The Notorious B.I.G., Wu-Tang Clan, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, Do or Die, Twista, too many 2 name, rap itself just inspires me

Theres three sides of my rapping style, C.P. is the serious, alternative, side of me, Smoke-Out P is the party side and Anarchy is the street side of me, either way, its all lyrical.
