I am a solo artist out of Cleveland, Oh. I am V.P. of Operations at Dawg Eat Dawg Records. We write produce and record all of our own tracks. In additon to my duties at Dawg Eat Dawg, I also own my own production company, Monk D.O.G. Productions.
Why this name?
Monk D.O.G. is the name I came up with by taking my gangsta moniker Monk Dog and adding some periods to make D.O.G. in honor of my favorite rapper Notorious B.I.G.
Do you play live?
yes. club xtreme in mentor, oh. my most special moment was my first live show.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
it hinders it, cuz now people can pass up buying an album, cuz too many sites offer free downloads of albums.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
It depends on the offer and wether or not I could use them as a parent comany for Dawg Eat Dawg Records.
