I'm elated to announce that Silver has bagged the title as the Pune winners of Yamaha Roxx Asian Beats Rock fest. The band is gearing up for the national finals in Delhi on the 12th and 13th of Jan. Long live rock n' roll!

Feel The Heat
Silver is a rare and fun mix of talented musicians, all different and yet bound together with the love for music. Bandmembers: Rishi- Bass, Amit- Drums, Mahesh- Vox, Savio- Guitar.
Why this name?
Not flashy like gold, yet precious. Hence, Silver.
Do you play live?
Playing live gives the band a rush beyond anything else. Memorable shows: Strawberry Fields 07, Bangalore. Upcoming shows: 21st Dec, Not just jazz by the bay, Pune.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Its a great platform for upcoming bands and artists to showcase their work to a huge audience without having to hover around agencies and labels to put their stuff on a CD so that people can hear it... also, the end listener has a wider choice to pick up the kinda music he/ she likes and gets to check out a variety of sounds before having to buy it...
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Ofcourse.... If there is a dedicated audience for your music and you want to take things further, then signin a record deal is the way to go...
