It's actually a long story, about an Eventide
Do you play live?
No. Except at practice
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Now you hear me
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Sure!

Your influences?
Sounds like I inherited alot of Alex Lifeson, Randy Rhoads, Vinny Moore, and Vangelis.

Most of what I play is something I wrote, using some study of theory, playing diatonically, in keys. The mood varies, from the soft Preisner style classical progressions to more up-tempo Rock anthems. Alot of times I am experimenting with guitar tones that end up in the recordings, mixed with high gain leads. Other times the clean guitars with effects are all I need to create music. Certainly what I enjoy most is compiling different chord arrangements, studying from other composers, listening to Pianists and Violinists.
Favorite spot?
Some mountainside in Alaska during summer.
Equipment used:
Buscarino guitar-custom built for me as 'incomplete'. Just like I wanted so I could put the vol/tone controls and pickup switches where I wanted them. Hardtail bridge, guitar stays in tune eternally.

EMG pickups-Mostly you will hear the SA+S for clean and the 81 for dirty.

ADA preamps-MP-1 has Noise Mod and MDRT (Machinator Developed Replacement Transformer)

Mesa Boogie Preamps-Rectifier Recording was used for about 1 year. Very heavy duty preamp worked best live for clear LOUD distortion, Mesa style.

Eventide processors-DSP7500 used with an assortment of it's features, for microphone and direct recordings. The most powerful toy in my rig.

ART Processor-Multiverb SE is the backing, right after the MP-1 the ART provides minute reverb and sometimes tremolo as a 'pre' effect to the more serious Eventide algos.

Orange AD30 amps-This is such a new addition that there is only 1 recording done with it, so far it's excellent and I love it but I'm afraid to direct off of it. Need a Hot Plate for more Orange recording.

Mesa Boogie Amps-2:100 was used for about 1 year, for only a couple recordings, but exceptional sound live with plenty of outputs supporting many cabs and speakers.

ADA Amps-MicroTube200 is still used for amplifying the fx signals for live wet/dry/wet setups.

Eminence speakers-are the speaker of choice for the 'Heavy' closed backed cabs I use, for a more contemporary sound and thud.

Jensen speakers-used with the Orange/Tremolo/Reverb for a superb Fender vibrolux charm.
