Started in Ontario Canada in 1988 with my friends beside a woodstove in the garage
Why this name?
I have been writing poetry for years and I inlaid the words on theme matched graphics and framed them in picture frames
Do you play live?
At the moment I am concentrating on selling my material
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The internet is the future. More and more artists whether song writers, performers etc have a greater chance of success because they hit the fans directly. No big record company CEO and down the line.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Certainly, but not to perform. I am not much of a vocalist but I have to song them to get an idea of how I want the material to sound.
Band History:
A ton of Northern Ontario Canada bars in the late 80's and 90's. Family had to come first and the bar scene stopped for me. Now I just focus on the writing.
Your influences?
I am an old country man - Merle Haggard, Hank Jr. When I want to rock on it has to be Elvis - Skynryd - Allman Bros - Chicago - The Eagles
Favorite spot?
Sault Ste. Marie Ontario Canada nothing but green pine trees and fluffy snow
Equipment used:
I play a 1988 Gibson Epiphone acoustic - Fender acoustic amplifier - Shure mics
Anything else...?
The stories of our everyday lives are alsways the best songs ever writen. If I can touch your heart or bring out a memory in your own lives than I have done what I set out to do.
