Welcome to my World.
Why this name?
The name is "Tree". I do it my way, no set way of doing things just let the music take me. Not east coast, west coast or southern its,My style .....................Tree Style.
Do you play live?
Yeah I perform live. I've had shows in southern California and Atlanta. I love performing I love the energy the crowd gives you when they're feeling your music. It's almost intoxicating.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It's killin cd sales as a whole. But it's another avenue for artists to make money off their music. It also pressures Arists to make complete albums not just one or two hit singles.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Money Talk and bullshit walk a million miles. So yeah if the price is right.
Your influences?
Tupac, Triple Six Mafia, UGK, "early" Cash Money Records, Outkast, Linkin Park, Korn Coldplay. I am influenced by music as a whole from hardcore rap to classical. If it moves me and I can feel it I can bump it.
Favorite spot?
The Dirty South as whole.
