Melting Ice is a ambient music project, the founders Bobo e Gianni plays togheter in "Guardie e Ladri" a italian cover band of the early 90's. Bobo and Gianni loves also ambient and progressive music. Thanks to the powerful technologies introduced by computer music and virtual instruments now is possible to play this kind of music with sophisticated virtual synths. We use Cubase 4.1 and a lot of virtual instruments.
Why this name?
Melting Ice, melting sounds. Like the ice the sounds are melting in atmospheres that switches from cold to warm

Band History:
The project Melting Ice started in 2007 with the fusion of the experience of Bobo and Gianni. Bobo: sound engineering, sequencing and guitars.
