this isn't where i'm going to ramble on about what hood i come from or how terrible my childhood was. this isn't where i'm about to explain how hard i am and how i came to be one of the rawest emcee's or any of that shit. i'm not even going to let you in on my life. you don't give a f*** and quite frankly, i'm not about to waste my time typing sh*** you won't read.
know that i'm not here to boost my self-esteem. i mean, it may sound like that because my sh*** is A LOT more legit than half the sh*** here. half the cats here can't even compare mentally, so if you're one of the 50% who has the ability to comprehend what i'm saying, let me know. get at me via message or some shit.

Why this name?
i have yet to do so. as for my username (stankoniaqeumini), most of you should know. for those that don't, it's the best two albums from outkast. (stankonia - aqeumini)
Do you play live?
no. i mean, other than freestyling/sharing ideas with my friends, i don't do any "shows."
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
that question could use some rewording. i guess you're asking my opinion of downloading/promoting music and the effects it has on the game. i can't stand when someone blames limewire for the decrease in album sells. it has nothing to do with people choosing to download their albums free of charge. the decline is simply because of all of the bullshit that is coming out these days. people oustide of the main populous don't buy into that shit. as for promoting, it has most certainly helped some cats get where they are today. i mean, damn, look at soulja boy right now. (funny how i follow his name after ranting about bullshit being released, huh)
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
in a motherf***ing second. anyone who tells this little interview thing different is straight up full of shit.
Band History:
around the age of 15-16, i began writing my own lyrics. i didn't know sh*** about the rap game back then. i was doing it because my friends were. mentally, their rhymes/flows were so much better than mine. we would come home from school, write a verse about anything at all and each of us would agree on a beat and record some of our sh*** together. eventually, as my flows/lyrics were still below average, they started a small group without me. needless to say, my friends are still working minimum wage. i never really focused on writing lyrics until just recently actually. for a while, after i was through f***ing with the friends after school, i began chilling with my cousin David more often. didn't even really know the kid could rhyme or flow. i began noticing there was some talent somewhere in him when i heard him singing to different songs. we came together, recorded some whack sh*** about 2-3 years ago and began focusing more on getting high, getting f***ed up and getting laid than we did working on our shit. the drought continued until just recently. i finally made the decision, as i have been writing more, that i'm going to do this alone. my cousin just didn't have the dedication, motivation, inspiration and to be honest, he couldn't put all of the pieces together. lately, i've been taking myself and this sh*** real seriously. my life as of now is working 10 hours a day, working on my game 7 hours a night and sleeping 4 hours a day.
Your influences?
Obviously, Outkast. I'll start there. Secondly, Weezy. He's on top of his game right now. Don't even f***ing deny it. Dude's a motherf***ing genius. and third, Tom P. ya'll don't know Tom P.
Favorite spot?
ya'll are about to hear this decatur song when i get the time to finish it.
other than decatur, GA - cincinnati, OH - hamilton, OH (lindenwald, west-side) - new miami, OH - lebanon, OH - middletown, OH

Equipment used:
Maaaaaan, I need to step my game up with this shit. i'm still using audacity and a cheap ass flea market mic. works fine, though. quality is just as good as what you're working with.
Anything else...?
not really.
you're sick of reading, i can tell. go ahead and listen instead. you know where my music is.
