i am the hardest working solo artist to ever touch a pen, pad, mic, whatever. ill outrun and outwork anyone.
Why this name?
It was a joke at first. My initials are EB. I had some back-woodsman tell me my music gave him the "Ebgbs" one time. What he MEANT was Hebegebes. So it kinda stuck. Recently, had someone tell me it stands for "EveryBodys Gunna Believe."
Do you play live?
I am very proud of my live show. i leave my blood sweat and tears on the stage when i step off it. i perform anywhere, anytime, for anyone. The minute i touch that microphone, im zoned out.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
it allows promotion and broader exposure to people who would normally not get that kind of oppurtunity. all praises to the internet, soundclick and myspace in particular. thank you. your helping the un-noticed fulfill they're dreams.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
It depends. Independance seems to be the way to go now-a-days and thats why i incorporated my own label (HeadZoo Records). But depending on the contract and the stipulations of the contract, yes. i would sign with a major label if it was right.
Your influences?
Im such an eclectic person, i cant just name one because then the list would go on forever. so ill describe my taste of music like this....trashing hotel rooms, headbangin and headknodding, bass driven and heavy clap, mixed with harmonizing, rapid fire rhyme scheme, with a twist of hustler magazine, and a hefty dose of blood sweat and tears. get it?
Favorite spot?
Orlando, NYC, and The Swamps (my home)
Equipment used:
Just my cordless mic. which out me in debt for about 6 months.
