CePHaLoTHoRaX is a mix of both complicated and simple groove riffs and occaisionally gets fast paced. I am a one-man band at the moment, so I do all of this stuff by myself. Its too hard to find good band members out here in Kansas. I'm sure most of you out there that listen this my music will enjoy it if you listen to Rock music of any genre.
Why this name?
The enteresting name caught my eye in the dictionary actually.

Do you play live?
I live in Wichita Kansas. Its not really very interesting here which kinda sucks but its very quiet and there's not a whole lot of traffic at night. I like it here because there isnt a whole lot of crime.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Well I think it has changed it a little because of the peer to peer networks that allow unauthorized distributing of music. Right now it doesnt bother me too much because my music is free but I'm sure it puts a harsh beating on a lot of record companies due to prophit loss.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yeah I would definately sign a contract with a major label as long as I trust them.
Band History:
Well I've played guitar since I was about 10 years old. I'll be 20 this coming October 2003 so I've got my practice time in. I've learned everything I know by myself. I've never taken lessons. I really dont think teaching someone guitar is really the answer to making good music. I think you should explore it on your own and if you progress, then youre made for it.
Your influences?
Mostly Metal, Jazz, Blues, Grunge and lot of other genres out there that influence me. My biggest influences come from the bands Meshuggah and Sepultura
Favorite spot?
Wichita because its quiet out here. Noone to bother you.
Equipment used:
I use a Yamaha Pacifica (guitar), Earnie Ball (guitar strings), Fender Amp and I use Acid Music 3.0 to record my music.
