The name was just Konflict due to always being in some sort of Conflict in my life but as I became more hands on with my music and handling business everybody was like man you like a boss so in 2007 I chose to change the name to simply Bo$$ Kon.

The internet picks up where the street teams leave off at. It helps us as artists gain more exposure throughout the world. The internet has hurt the music industry but with good quality music being released the industry wont hurt for long because Bo$$ Kon is here!

Konflict has been on a major grind for the past 7 years working hard to craft his style , represent Ohio the proper way , make music for people world-wide and still represent and be the voice of the ghetto youth.

Konflict has witnessed more things than some people twice his age. Being born in Youngstown, Ohio's notorious Eastside Konflict caught on early to crime from hanging around drug dealers to watch his own parents cook as well sell cocaine. At 8 years old Konflict left Youngstown with his mother and father heading for Akron, Ohio searching for a better life... the man we now know as Konflict was now born!

Konflict began dealing drugs once his parents parted ways at the age of 12 and was then addicted to the street life. Still being new to Akron, Konflict really didn't know anyone and if your from Akron then you know that you have to belong to something , somewhere , whereas Konflict belonged to nothing and nowhere. During an occasional freestyle at his elementary school Konflict was embraced by one of his elder class mates to become apart of the neighborhood most know as the VALLEY. After Konflict was embraced and showed love to by the Valley he began repping harder than he ever repped for anything. Growing up and facing harsh realities of life as a young adult Konflict began to sell drugs even more while maintaining to keep his mother out of his business. By this time Konflict was a freshman in High-School and doing poorly in school! , once his sophmore year came around he decided to withdraw from high-school to take on the street life even more. Konflict and some of his highschool/childhood friends decided to create a group that would eventually become a movement in their neighborhood known as VDT ( Valley Dream Team ).

Around the time his group was beginning to enjoy local success of their mixtapes and become established local artists , Konflict's mother decided it was time for another change, one Konflict felt had the biggest impact on his life.. leaving Akron, Ohio. Most thought Konflict had left the state or went to jail, not only knowing that he was only 30 minutes south of Akron in a even smaller town known as Canton, Ohio. While living in Canton, Konflict began realizing how talented he was , focusing on his music , but at the same time losing his focus due to missing home. " I feel like if I would have stayed home in Akron that I wouldnt have made it this far in my life because I too caught up in the streets to realize the talents and blessings I actually had ". Although Konflict changed his life around for the better , like most teenagers his age , the streets were calling .. and calling loud and clear. Konflict began dealing drugs again in the small town he was new to risking his life for a few dollars. Around mid-2005 Konflict's grandfather suffered from a severe stroke which made him turn his life around sparatically and for good this time. September 26th , 2006 Konflict lost his grandfather which touched him deeper than anything in his life, Konflict knew his grand-father lived life to the fullest no matter what and he knew he would have wanted him to do the same so Konflict began putting together another team , another movement , that the whole world took onto , DREAM GANG. Being the leader of the movement and label ( D.R.E.A.M. Entertainment ) Konflict began putting artists together , producers , graphic designers , photographers , promoters from the internet to help spread the word about this powerfull movement.

Now today in 2007 , Konflict has completed his highly anticipated album GRIND ( By Any Means ) which took him about 2 - 3 years to put together and is considered a masterpiece by those who have listened to and previewed the album. " I feel like the world hasn't really felt or experienced Ohio 100% because all of our national artists came from Cleveland or Columbus and sh*** , not the 330 Area , not Akron , Youngstown , Canton , Kent etc.. and these are my citites because their all within my area code the 330, so Im here to present the other side of life in Ohio where niggas aint got no hopes , no dreams , no ambitions because there's nothing here for us but hustlin all day and night and rydin on people".

Konflict has made a name for himself throughout N.E. Ohio as well surrounding states/cities gaining lots of respect from people all over the world thanks to word of mouth and of course the internet. " I aint no internet n*** yo , Im a street dude but at the same I just learned to use every tool supplied to me to my advantage to better my career as a solo artist ". Most don't and probably won't know but Konflict is also a producer as well graphic-artist having produced about 4 songs on his album and designing his own album artwork. Konflict also is a little angry at the music industry due to their lack of looking for real talent and actual artists. " I hate the industry right now man , Im a fly young n*** nad everything but I dont represent that , I represent the struggle , the pain , the block , the good , the bad , everything that youn niggas like me go through and I get told all the time by labels yeah your a GREAT artists and story teller , but we're just not interested in your type of hip-hop. I feel like they say that sh*** because my music is real , maybe too real but so many niggas are fake and being fake in the game that a real young n*** need to come out and let these folks know what it is because I represent real street sh*** to the fullest"
