Exclusive rights will allow you to use the beat for unlimited profitable commercial recording or broadcasting purposes. The beat may be altered but not resold. Exclusive rights are sold to only one person and will not be resold again. Beats sold exclusively will not be available for downloading and will be marked "sold".

Leasing Rights- $20 for each beat. Leasing rights allow you to use the beat for non-profit projects such as demos, websites, etc. as well as for a mixtape / album that may sell up to 5000 copies. You however do not have full rights / ownership to the beat. The beat may not be altered.

Custom beats are $100: I Will work on the beat until you are satisfied.

Artists / Labels are responsible to clear up any samples if they are being distributed nationally or globaly.
