Whats the deal. This is ya boy Tragic. Been rhyming around five years now. I was Born and Raised in IL and I later moved out to AZ. HipHop is a big part of my life. Doing Shows and writing and recording is what keeps me stable.
Why this name?
Tragic is a state of mind.
Do you play live?
Mostly around Arizona and some places in Cali, my group, Dead Language performs. Every Moment when I am on stage to me is special.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
My opinion on this question has most definitely changed. You can do everything online. From promoting to collabing with people you would of never been able to without the internet. Its a good thing.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Sure if everything was cool.
Band History:
My name is Tragic and has been Tragic for over 7 years. I've been writing and recording tracks for probably around five years. My style has changed several times. But lyrically my content has always been on some real life issues. Hiphop to me has always been a drug. When I was low and down on myself, I still had Music. I deal and dealt with depression and happiness through Music. Which is why I titled my first self made LP as, THE PAIN I FEEL, in 2000. Finally after five years of making tracks I have finished two albums and I am currently working on my third called "HandWritten" with my producer, Chris Stylez. Which will be pressed and hopefully distributed throughout the US. Lastly I hope my messages will get out and people will start to realize how messed up this world is and its a must that we unite and change it together. You can Holla at me on my instant message name, Bow2TraGiC, or you can contact me by email at
