Jenova is a metal-tinged hardcore band hailing from the westside of Los Angeles, California.
Why this name?
Damn, I dunno. I haven't been in the band since the beginning, so I'm not sure.
Do you play live?
Yeah, all over the place. We get a real kick of of connecting with hardcore kids all over the place.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It allows people from all over the world to have access to an artists music. Instead of being a strictly regional band, Jenova has the opportunity to reach listeners worldwide.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Of course! We do have bills to pay...
Your influences?
Just heavy metal and old-school hardcore. Way too many bands to list.
Favorite spot?
It's all about Los Angeles.
Equipment used:
We are a four-piece rock band, so just a guitar, bass, big drumkit, and a mic for our singer.
