Exlusive beats are not refundable. I still own the rights to the beat and you cannot act that you produced the beat. The beat cannot be sold again to others.
Unsold Non Exclusive/Lease Beats
Any unsold non exclusive beats are available for Exclusive purchases. If you buy the beat, the beat will never be available to purchase and you own the right to use the beat in any mixtape, commercial use or albums. You must give me (Flip D) a shout out or credit for making the beat.
