Why this name?
Its a nickname given to me by close family and close friends, so i used it like a first name w/my actual last name
Do you play live?
As a vocalist, i've done a handful of shows- mostly here in Indiana....and anytime I can hit the stage is a 'special moment' to me!
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I think its the difference between goin to the local hustle man for two or three options, and then walking into Walmart; the freedom of choice, but on steroids!!
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Only the RIGHT one for me.
Band History:
I was born and raised on the south side of Chicago, IL., the firstborn of a gangsta azz soul-band drummer, and the ghetto diamond that fell in love with him. Musically, I was fed EVERYTHANG from Black Sabbath and Rod Stewart albums, to Motown and LL Cool J. But with R&B, its TRUE LOVE- and I just wanna share that feelin w/ everybody!!!

Your influences?
The drive, talent and sound of R. Kelly. The passion and grown-man-b.i. of the late, GREAT Gerald Levert. And the confidence, precision and swagga of the homie, Jay-Z. Other than that... go play ANY GREAT SONG and meet my NEW influ;)

Favorite spot?
I'm Chi-town born and bred, so to hit up downtown Chicago at any time is like a homecoming for me
Equipment used:
I'm a vocalist, my voice is my only equipment; but i have been mixed and mastered in a handful of different softwares, including Pro Tools and Sonar
Anything else...?
I would just like to request that all the r&b voices out there reppin, be mindful of the lack of respect being shown our women these days. True r&b heads know that ain't never been a characteristic of ours, but we could easily find ourselves in that kinda behavior if we don't remember and respect out roots-we aint gangsta rappers ya heard?!*ONE*
