Why this name?
We thought it would be rare to see asian rappers in this industry so we decided on the name R.A.R.E.
Do you play live?
Of course we perform live. From college campuses, clubs, halls, festivals, and cable to local radio stations. There are special moments everytime we perform in front of a new crowd/fans
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
There are the goods and the bads. Cause it's easier for an artist/group to promote their material to the world, on the other hand their are too many bootleggers that'll buy your cd and share all their files with online downloaders. Thats what hurts most artists especially independent ones!!!!
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Hell no but I'd love to sign a contract for a distribution deal.

Favorite spot?
My studio cause when I'm in there I zone out into my own world and create mad beats and there's nobody bothering me
