Starkinghappydog is the brain child of producer Fergy Dan and will feature a variety of artists and cross breed genres to introduce different and unique hybrid of dance / trance / industrial pop

Currently my collaboration with Calvin Cosens on guitar, and Cathy Nicholson providing vocals has yielded a promising beginning.
Why this name?
There is a multi-dimensional garage band jamming somewhere in some galaxy in some interstellar pub, and I got to this name before they could.

Do you play live?
Yes, but until the bus is built, we must fly.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It is morphing into something that brought is here to these words, for what it is worth, every minute of every day somebody, somewhere is listening to Madonna
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
sure, if they supply the roadies, and remove all of the red smarties.
Band History:
a long time ago, mojo was oppressed and until liberation, hard pressed, that is until the big shoe, and me and you, we listened, turned on the mirror, turned up the light, and felt the music, became the music, until it kept playing and you couldn't shut it off, and so some schizoid 21st century mana called mainframe, streamlined in time to a back beat, backstreet, basement and out from the garage back to the sky

Your influences?
NIN to Def Zeppelin, Arcade Fire to Enya, Dandy Warhols to Bachmen Turner Warpdrive
Favorite spot?
Carribean, west coast of NA, Hawaii
Equipment used:
Roland, Korg, Bose, Takamine, Godin, Digidesign, Pro-tools, Yamaha, Apex mikes.
Anything else...?
this is dedicated to the dancer and the cosmic tart, and the big blue spiral of possibility
