Anthony Zackery at work on follow-up to 2009 release Hollywood, CA – Anthony Zackery is a hard worker. He’s got a one-two knockout punch of music hitting in a short time. His heady infusions of R&B, soul, hip-hop and jazz are on full power display in this year’s “All Grown Up” EP and its follow-up album, “Ready, Set, Go,” set for spring 2010 release. He appeared at VH1’s Save the Music 2008 Jam Fest Performance and Networking Event in Hollywood, he packed the house at The Big Easy Concert House in Spokane, and has taken the stage in a variety of other venues. Anthony Recently met Beyonce Knowles in Portland Oregon, one of the stops on her Beyonce Experience Tour. He was an invited VIP Guest at the Show with all the treatment. She also gave him a promising shout out during the show. Zackery recently signed with A&R Select, Hollywood’s hottest independent A&R firm. He has distinguished himself as a dedicated artist, devoting much of his time to his craft. “Music is what you make it,” he says. “The more you give to it, the more you get back from it.” Zackery says his songwriting is about more than just offering entertainment. His desire is to have an affect on others through music.
