SoundClick artist: Speedyjx - page with MP3 music downloads

This is a sorta project thing I write songs for when I'm bored. Which happens a lot. I'm studying Sound Production at Ayr College. I'd love to be a Games Composer.

I've been playing keyboards for about 9/10 years, and bass for about 2. I also play in the Glasgow based metal bands Beyond Depsair, Burning Earth and Alba Gu Bráth.

Why this name?

It's my internet alias.

Do you play live?

In some of my bands. Not with this.

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?

For the worse in terms of sales and money that artists get. For the better in the terms of self promotion and making a name for yourself.

Would you sign a record contract with a major label?

No. Is there a market for this sort of stuff?

Your influences?

I listen to lots of stuff, mostly metal, but I have the occasional notion for classical, jazz and J-rock. But never emo, or "metal"core for that matter. So yea, they may be called influences.
