It's me Dj 911 a.k.a DuB V, a producer/dj/engineer. I make the songs and then record other peoples vocals to the tracks that they like........it's that simple. I also do mixtapes right now of just drum and bass styles.....
Why this name?
I just take names as they come to my head. Kinda like Wu-Tang, I got more than one alter-ego....
Do you play live?
I spin drum and bass at a lot of parties and now I'm starting to line up gigs at raves and clubs again after a few months hiatus. Had residencies at Chooch's in Fairmont, WV....Liquid Blue, Fairmont, WV.....Club Z, Morgantown, WV. Also released the song "Money Seems" on the Midwest Funk Vol. III compilation with former group Kamp Kelemal.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It allows more sharing but also more stealing and you know how messed up the music biz is...
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
I would have to say yes.....

Your influences?
KRS-ONE, Gangstarr, I'm more into a lot of styles but I've been doing the drum and bass thing on a regular basis as far as dj-ing goes, I still produce down tempo and hip hop though.
