My ride got dumped on when I was younger and I did'nt get hit. The name just stuck. I was Khevlar before rappin.

Do you play live?

We do live shows every week, and we do them everywhere, but our home front is the Seattle/Portland/Vancouver B.C. area. A Khevlar/Empire show is somethin' to see, and is definitely a show, not somebody walkin' on stage grabbin' their nuts. It gets crazy and off the wall, maybe a lil' dangerous, but you'll get your ten bucks worth.

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?

I think it gives unsigned cats, or cats without the resources to broaden their fanbases cheaply, and market themselves worldwide, I also think it rips off signed artists though, and gives fake ass pussy netcees a chance to talk sh*** securely, and that does'nt happen in the streets, they are hiding their inferior genes, and I don't like any of them.

Would you sign a record contract with a major label?

Prolly not, these labels are hurting.
