Leasing rights allow you to use the beat for ONE commercial recording or broadcast up to but not exceeding 3000 units. You may also use the beat for non-profit promotional use or demos, but you have the full rights to record or mix the beat in any form. When someone buys the exclusive rights to the beat you have leased, your rights shall stand and the beat is still yours to use. Upon purchasing Leasing Rights, Astral still owns the beat(s) and is able to resell the beat(s) to any other person until Exclusive Rights have been purchased. You must however give full credit to Astral on all commercial recordings.
