Bill Brasky a.k.a. Pat McCann. I just make music that I enjoy listening to. Don't really have a style. I enjoy jazzy fusion stuff the most, but that is far beyond what I'm capable of doing.
Why this name?
I met bill brasky in a seedy Tiajuana Bar or I saw the saturday night live skit, can't quite remeber...
Do you play live?
Havn't really had a chance to play live. Just and record tunes, and jam with friends.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The internet has been a good place to meet good guitarists who are willing to help teach and listen. The creativity on the internet music wise is amazing.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
If the price was right. I mean to get Bill Brasky on a label, it would have to be, right?
Your influences?
My favorite popular guitarist is Guthrie Govan, I've only heard a couple of his tunes, but they are amazing. Other than some vai, stariani, and malmsteen I havn't heard much instrumental music. Guitar War has prolly been my biggest influence since I began playing. That site has such a pool of talent. On that site I'd have to say Isotope, for me has one of the most influential styles.
