SoundClick artist: MC90 - hip hop beats

Awrite there this is mc90, i am a young scottish producer of hip hop music. My main work is making hip hop beats. One day i hope to run my own label and make a name for myself in the hip hop game worldwide. I also have ambitions to write, record and produce my own albumbut for now making instrumentals is my main goal.

Why this name?

i was given the name mc when i was like 11 or 12 by a good friend of mine.

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?

i think it helps in some aspects, some of the new talent from any genre are discovered through the internet and it gives younger unknown artists/producers a better chance of making a career out of it.

Would you sign a record contract with a major label?

yes if i was given the chance to sign up as a producer it would be my dream come true, or if i ever make an album and was pickedup as an artist then i would sign.

Your influences?

i take a big influence from dre and eminem, i feel these two are brilliant artists but i love the beats they create, listening to them made me start to produce my own music.

Favorite spot?

bathgate, west lothian - scotland

i have made a number of beats through a program on pc but i now have a little studio.
