Being the songwriter with German amateur folk band "Pickin' Berries" I use this as an outlet for demo recordings, unused songs and not-so-trad ideas.
Why this name?
I found an anagram generator and gave it a name to work with.
Do you play live?
I actually like playing live and started performing solo when the band lost some of its momentum temporarily.. Now I am kind of Poor Man's Dylan in my hometown.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
For the average listener music has lost a lot of its magic because of the abundance and general availability. Music is less important to most people than it was before mp3. The music industry is on the same downhill track as capitalism in general.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Surely not.
Your influences?
Bob Dylan, Richard Thompson, Eels, 70s folk rock
