Bands are as malleable as their songs. Just as musicians arrange each song differently as they are inspired, so are bands hardly ever a final permutation.
Why this name?
The four formed Baby Rocket, taking the name of a popular Philippine firecracker which is designed for explosion after launch and flight.
Band History:
In 2006, Hare (bass) and Rhic (vocals/guitar), decided to form a new band and acquired Ezer to front the band with Rhic on vocals and guitar. To complete the explosive mix, Hare invited Mickey, a local drummer he knew from other circles.
Hare, Rhic, Ezer and Mickey come from different musical backgrounds to form this eclectic mix. Baby Rocket's sound is a result of their experimentation with alternative, pop and rock. Their catchy music and lyrics highlight this band's dynamic fusion of energy and creativity.
