It's Just me and my guitar and a few audio toys in a little home studio these days.
I actually started writing at the age of around 13, as my graduation present from elem. school was an electric guitar, thanks to my brother's recommendation. So after a few lessons with one of my friends... Jeanette, I knew I was on my way.
I remember locking myself in my bedroom and listening to and trying to learn the chords to some of my favorite performers of the 70's. Then I became addicted and it's all I ever wanted to do.
I wrote my first song called "Hold Back The Dawn" around that time. I remember finding an add in the back of some magazine advertising to "do the song with live musicians and a vocalist" and sent my song in. Well they slaughtered my song, and my dad was out a few bucks, not to mention that I was a little more than heartbroken and pissed. From that moment on I decided to learn how to do it all on my own one day and I'm still learning. I taught my one of best friends how to play a little rhythm guitar and also dragged her into this crazy but fun business of songwriting.
It was the beginning but certainly NOT the end. It's like a disease you Know? You just can't stop. Sure you may take a break from it now and again, but sooner or later it comes back to haunt you and the process starts all over again.
Back in "94" I got my first worldwide publication and credits for the song being performed worldwide and by Marta Sanchez. That song performed is called "Once" A few years later I wrote another song for Kiara, that was released worldwide. That song is called "Calido"
But THESE DAYS, I just kick back with friends and fellow musicians and we create new material, pitch ideas etc. This is a part of my life I could NEVER give up no matter how old I get.

Why this name?
I'm really not a band. I am a composer/songwriter/arranger/producer. Usually inspiration hits in the wee hours of the night. I've always been that way so I don't try to change it. I just accept it and live with it as does the rest of my family.
Do you play live?
Yeah I play live once in a while in my little home studio, but mostly with my best friends.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It allows everyone using it to be creative with no restraints. I LOVE that.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
If all the terms were agreeable I would sign again.
Band History:
SONGWRITER HISTORY: I have written for Marta Sanchez and Kiara. The songs were recorded at deWalden Music, Studio City, CA. and were released on Polygram labels, and performed worldwide. These songs can be found at www.amazon.com and www.musicblvd.com
Your influences?
TNTC These would be too numerous to count. But most of my influences are from the 70's.
Mostly influnced by Great Blues and & R&B (old school) artists.
I'm a big fan of Eric Clapton, Stevie Ray Vaughan , Tom Waits,Smokey Robbinson, Marvin Gaye, Bonnie Raitt, Joni Mithcell, Pink Floyd, Fleetwood Mac, and MANY others from the 70's. However I am not a true musician or performer. I play a little rythum guitar and do all my own vocals, and program a drum machine. SO I'm looking for help with the guitar sounds, a piano would be great too.

Favorite spot?
At this time I'd have to say CIRCLE CITY.. Indianapolis IN. It's my home. But I have a thing for the water... meaning I love to sit out by a lake, or even better, the ocean.. Nature is so inspiring. Gives a person reason to pause,
appreciate, ponder AND be creative.
